Yes. We specialize in Foreign National DSCR loans—no SSN or U.S. credit history required.

What’s the minimum DSCR to qualify?

While most companies require a DSCR of 1.0 or higher, at Investorwise Home Loans we don’t have a minimum DSCR giving us more flexibility to get you funded.

Do you finance primary residences?

No. We only provide business-purpose loans for non-owner-occupied investment properties.
